Shipping Policy

Order Processing & Lead Time
All orders are freshly baked to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation before shipping.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Schedule
To ensure freshness, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday.
Orders placed Wednesday after 2:00 PM or later in the week will ship the following Monday.
We do this to avoid baked goods sitting in transit over the weekend.

Shipping Methods & Rates
 Flat rate $8.00  (UPS 2–3 Day).
 Free shipping on orders $75.00 or more
Expedited shipping  will automatically calculate the rate at checkout.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

Shipping Restrictions
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS deliveries
At this time, we do not ship internationally.

Returns & Refunds
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
• Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@damooks.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
