Shipping Policy
Order Processing & Lead Time
• All orders are freshly baked to order. Please allow 1–2 business days for preparation before shipping.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Schedule
• To ensure freshness, we only ship orders Monday through Wednesday.
• Orders placed Wednesday after 2:00 PM or later in the week will ship the following Monday.
• We do this to avoid baked goods sitting in transit over the weekend.
Shipping Methods & Rates
• Flat rate $8.00 (UPS 2–3 Day).
• Free shipping on orders $75.00 or more
• Expedited shipping will automatically calculate the rate at checkout.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates only. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates due to carrier delays, weather, or holidays.
Shipping Restrictions
• We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes for UPS deliveries
• At this time, we do not ship internationally.
Returns & Refunds
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
• Because our products are perishable, we do not accept returns.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at contact@damooks.com within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and photos, and we will make it right.
