Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Biscotti

Our Cranberry White Chocolate Chip Biscotti is a delightful, twice-baked Italian cookie that perfectly balances sweetness and tartness.  Inside, it boasts a generous scattering of dried cranberries, providing a tangy contrast to the sweet, creamy white chocolate chips. The aroma is rich and inviting, with hints of vanilla, making each bite a satisfying blend of flavors and textures.

This biscotti was inspired by a dear friend, Deb G., who is not a fan of any kind of nuts. She asked if we could put white chocolate chips in place of pistachio. It has become one of our popular biscottis.

Ingredients: AP flour, granulated sugar, butter, eggs, dried cranberries [cranberries, sugar, sunflower oil], white chocolate chips [sugar, palm kernel oil, whole milk powder, nonfat dry milk, soy lecithin (an emulsifier) and natural flavor, contains milk and soy], baking powder, vanilla extract, salt.
